Vintage Panda Designs specialises in animal-themed wall art for homes, bars, hospitality spaces and interior design projects, offering both ready-made and bespoke artwork in a range of professional print formats.

Vintage Panda began with a love of old paintings and photographs and a fun thought: what if we could turn our gorgeous pets into vintage ladies and gentlemen?

Animals have been at the centre of our artwork ever since. Every piece we create features animal characters in a variety of vintage styles, from traditional oil paintings to Japanese ukiyo-e. Our furry creatures can be found posing for portraits in period outfits, lost in a book, holding a glass of whisky, or wandering through magical landscapes.

Some are dramatic, some playful, some have moody gothic undertones or bold maximalist energy. All are designed to feel like timeless art pieces for your space rather than trend-led or novelty posters.

I’ve been creating art long before the brand officially began, experimenting with different styles, mediums and ideas over the years. All of that experience feeds into the work you see here today.

Many of our pieces begin with carefully sourced historical paintings, antique illustrations or Victorian photographs. From there, we digitally rework and reimagine them, introducing animal subjects and artistic details to create entirely new altered artworks. Alongside these, we also create fully digital pieces from scratch, designed to capture the same vintage atmosphere without using any historical source material. Each product listing explains how that particular artwork was created, so you always know exactly what you’re buying.

Over time, our collections have found their people. Our speakeasy-style animal prints, for example, have become especially popular for home bars, bourbon bars, whisky rooms and man caves. They feel right at home in darker, warmer spaces. We’ve also seen them hanging in lodges, log cabins and holiday cabins, adding the perfect touch of vintage character to wooden walls and cosy interiors.

While many of our prints end up in private homes, our animal wall art has also been chosen by restaurants, cafés, hotels, bourbon bars and interior designers looking for distinctive, vintage-inspired artwork that feels considered rather than generic or mass-produced. We also offer bespoke and custom artwork.
